Faced with death…Bret Michaels emotional prayer to the LORD ABOVE…gave him something to believe in

When Bret Michaels was struck by a subarachnoid hemorrhage, a condition that immediately kills 20 percent of the 40,000 Americans who are afflicted by it each year, he turned to God. In those dark moments when he wasn’t sure if he’d survive, he said he asked God for help. “I asked God to keep him alive.” Bret said. He prayed to God “You gotta let me live through this, I’ve done a lot of rotten things. I’m asking for a break here. I promise I’ll be better in the future.”

Michaels is one of the blessed ones. His doctor, Joseph Zambraski, said only 20 percent of people with a subarachnoid hemorrhage make a complete recovery which Michaels did.

Watch as Bret talks about how he was blessed on National TV.
