Baby Jesus steals the show at Christmas pageant

A cast of 170 kindergarten-through-fourth-graders performed for the Rosarian Academy Lower School’s annual Christmas pageant , including 5-month-old Mary Grace Hansen who played baby Jesus in the manger scene.
“Her feet were kicking the whole time, and that’s all you could see,” said her mother Cara Hansen, the school’s marketing director. She said her daughter was dazzled by the lights and “mesmerized by the children’s faces.”
“She stole the show.”
Following tradition, the fourth-graders narrated the Christmas story and the kindergartners dressed as Nativity characters. The exception was Joseph (Jack Hansen), a first-grader, who carried his baby sister Mary Grace across the stage.
Dear Sister and Brother,

1. God IS in control

2. Life is not always fair, it rains on the just and the unjust…we should not compare our lives to others but focus on the plan God has for us.

3. Bad things will happen in this world, but God promised us a home in heaven if we believe in Jesus. One without sorrow, pain or death…where we never will grow old.
