Keep Those Arms Fit and Fabulous, Even at 40!

As we grow older, it becomes difficult to shed pounds and burn fat. For women especially, tackling our problem areas can be a real task. If you’re a woman over the age of 40, this article is for you. We gathered three exercises to easily incorporate into your busy daily routine to get fit fast!

Wall Push-ups

If regular push-ups are too difficult start with 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps of wall push-ups. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and place your palms flat against the wall at chest level. Using just your arm strength push yourself away from the wall and return to the original position; this is 1 rep. Make sure to put some of your body weight on the wall as your push away from it; this way you are exercising both your chest and arms.
