‘Accidentally Stolen’ Car Returned With Apology Note and Gas Money

A Portland woman thought she caught a grand theft auto on surveillance camera, but it turned out to be one crazy mix-up. Erin Hatzi reported her 2001 red Subaru stolen and her home security camera confirmed that someone she didn’t know, indeed, took the car. She never expected that a day later the car would be returned with an apology note and $30. The note read, in part: “Hello, So sorry I stole your car. I sent my friend with my key to pick up my red Subaru and she came back with your car.”

Dear Sister and Brother,

1. God IS in control

2. Life is not always fair, it rains on the just and the unjust…we should not compare our lives to others but focus on the plan God has for us.

3. Bad things will happen in this world, but God promised us a home in heaven if we believe in Jesus. One without sorrow, pain or death…where we never will grow old.
