A healthy morning routine is crucial for an efficient and productive day, which can lead to a more fulfilled and accomplished life. Here are eight tasks aimed at getting you the most out of your day.

1) At least 7 hours of Sleep – Getting tired during the day hampers our productivity and interferes with daily activities. By getting a healthy amount of sleep, our attention and focus is increased, stress and anxiety reduced, and we depend less on unhealthy habits like drinking too much coffee.

2) Meditation/Prayer – Taking some time in the morning to clear your mind and gather your thoughts can be enlightening. Just ten to fifteen minutes is enough to relax and get ready for the day.
