5-Year-Old Boy Gets Running Blades Thanks To Boston Marathon Bombing SurvivorJesus Daily
5-year-old Jude Hill was already unstoppable, despite losing both feet in a horrific lawnmower accident when he was just a toddler. Now, thanks to two new carbon fiber blades, and the charitable efforts of a Boston Marathon bombing survivor, he can run like the wind. The high-tech limbs, which can cost from $30,000 to $40,000, came courtesy of the Heather Abbott Foundation, run by a Boston Marathon bombing victim who lost part of a leg in the 2013 bombing attacks at the race’s finish line.
Dear Sister and Brother,
1. God IS in control
2. Life is not always fair, it rains on the just and the unjust…we should not compare our lives to others but focus on the plan God has for us.
3. Bad things will happen in this world, but God promised us a home in heaven if we believe in Jesus. One without sorrow, pain or death…where we never will grow old.
